Muzaffarnagar, Three crooks, who escaped after killing the driver after the tractor theft, have been sentenced to 5 years and 4 months in prison by the court under the Gangster Law. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 on each of the three. Prosecutor Sandeep Singh, Special Prosecutors Dinesh Singh Pundir and Rajesh Sharma said the case is from Charthawal Police Station.
He said that the plaintiff Dinesh Kumar, son of Satyaprakash, resident village of Akbargarh Police Station, Charthawal area, had filed a report on July 25, 2016 that in the morning, a person named Naushad had taken his father Satyaprakash along with a tractor to Nyamu.
Dinesh was alleged to have told his father Satyaprakash that he would return from Deoband to Rampur Tiraha. But he didn’t come back. Even after searching for 2 days, when the applicant’s father, Satyaprakash, did not come home, Dinesh informed the police.
Police recovered Satyaprakash’s body from the filthy drain of the paper mill on Jola Road after 16 days of the defendant’s decree that Naushad alias Umarshad alias Bhura, son of Tirgram resident Irshad Charthawal Vikas, son of Jaspal resident Jadoda Jatt, resident of Farman son Riyaz, involved in this crime Baseda Chhapar Police Station, arrested the resident of Imran’s son Alladin, Bagowali Nai Mandi.
He said that the then inspector in charge, Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, challenged these defendants under the Gangsters Act. After the hearing, the gangster judge Babu Ram severed Imran’s file and punished the remaining defendants Farman, Naushad and Vikas with a term of imprisonment of 5 years and 4 months and a fine of Rs 5,000.
