Muzaffarnagar. The court has sentenced the defendant to 20 years in prison for kidnapping and raping a girl who had gone to take medicine in the village of the Bhopa police station area of the district. The POCSO Special Court No.-1 Aarti Faujdar heard the question of punishment.
Special prosecutors Vikrant Rathi and Pradeep Balian said that on July 28, 2017, a girl who had gone to take medicine in a village in Bhopa was kidnapped and taken to Saharanpur and gang-raped.
